🎯 Requirements

• Successfully led the architecture of published Flutter applications•+4 years of experience working with Flutter in production•+1 years of experience leading teams•Demonstrated ability to refactor complex features into maintainable solutions•Created and maintained shared component libraries used across multiple apps•Established testing strategies resulting in improved app stability•Set up monitoring and crash reporting systems•Implemented complex navigation patterns and deep linking•Optimized app launch time and overall performance•Led technical documentation initiatives that improved team efficiency•Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions•Spanish and English proficiency•Strong background in defining and tracking technical KPIs•Experience with data-driven development and performance optimization
