• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver products • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources • Review PRs to ensure alignment with product vision and company goals • Use AI to accelerate movement from requirements to prototype • Take full ownership of systems and propose improvements
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in product/technical project management • Technical expertise; must be technical • Detail-oriented and organized • Strong soft skills and communication • Experience balancing technical insights with customer/user perspectives • Experience on product teams (must have created roadmaps, not just executed them) • Startup experience is a big plus • Interest in fintech is a plus • Regularly talk to customers and gather requirements • Comfortable using AI tools in product work
