📋 Description

• Own and optimise CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery • Design and implement automated deployment processes across multiple environments • Deploy infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform • Build and maintain monitoring and alerting to identify issues • Develop and implement fast rollback strategies to minimise downtime and risk during releases • Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams • Continuously evaluate and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance • Remote-based role aligned to UK leadership and delivery teams, supporting UK-based clients with time-zone overlap

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role • Strong expertise with CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform • Solid background in containerisation and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience implementing monitoring and alerting solutions • Knowledge of deployment strategies, including canary, blue-green, and rollback approaches • Strong scripting or programming skills including Python, Bash, or similar • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, automation-first mindset • Must have full working rights for Poland • (Nice to have) Experience with security automation and DevSecOps practices • (Nice to have) Familiarity with feature flags and progressive delivery • (Nice to have) Exposure to event-driven architectures and modern microservices patterns • (Nice to have) Experience in high-growth consulting or SaaS environments
