📋 Description

• Leads end-to-end project delivery for SimpliGov platform implementations, from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support. • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and client satisfaction. • Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. • Develops and manages detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. • Manages internal teams including business analysts, solution engineers, and technical consultants. • Identifies and manages project risks and issues, escalating as needed. • Conducts regular project status meetings and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders. • Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Contributes to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices. • Support the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and change orders. • Leverages project management software to create dashboards, reports and automated follow ups. • Leverages AI to identify risks and late tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing software implementation or SaaS projects, preferably within Professional Services or consulting environments. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Proven ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously. • Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Confluence). • Preferred: Experience working with or for government agencies or public sector clients. • Knowledge of business process automation or no-code/low-code platforms. • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
