📋 Description

• Help grow Simprints’ impact by turning relationships and evidence into funded work that closes data gaps and increases verified coverage. • You will source and shape opportunities, lead proposals and bids, and steward key partners so that what we promise is what we deliver. • You will work closely with product, delivery, and MEI teams to translate needs into clear solutions and support handover into successful implementation. • Build and progress a healthy pipeline: source and qualify opportunities, keep the CRM up to date with clear stages and forecasts, and use data to improve conversion and shorten cycle time. • Drive proposals, renewals, and expansions: lead new bids and co-lead renewal contracts or follow-on funding for live projects, coordinating inputs, crafting clear narratives, and shaping realistic budgets and timelines. • Monitor account health and anticipate needs: set simple dashboards and success plans with shared metrics such as coverage, cost per beneficiary, data quality, and adoption; run regular check-ins and feedback loops; surface risks early and agree next steps. • Turn partner needs into sound solutions: run high-quality meetings in-country and remotely, translate needs into solution outlines with product and delivery and ensure a seamless handover into implementation. • Represent Simprints with credibility at events and senior meetings, produce concise materials and briefs, and capture market signals to inform strategy and future pursuits.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of partnerships or business development experience in global health, with a record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. • Direct engagement with Ministries of Health and major funders in LMICs, including familiarity with procurement, program design, and decision cycles. • Strong proposal craft: persuasive writing, structuring bids and budgets, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and responding to donor requirements. • Comfortable working with technical products in digital health, translating partner needs into clear solution outlines and explaining integrations, data flows, and privacy in plain language. • Commercial rigour: disciplined qualification, CRM hygiene, and honest forecasting, plus evidence-led storytelling that links program data to coverage, accountability, and cost-effectiveness. • Optional plus: Previous M&E experience, either as a practitioner or direct user of programmatic data.
