📋 Description

• Leadership role shaping enterprise applications and systems strategy • Partner with CIO to drive operational excellence and innovation • Provide strategic direction across core business systems, ensuring integration and optimisation • Lead development and execution of enterprise applications strategy and roadmap • Inspire, manage, and mentor internal Systems and Salesforce teams • Oversee operational delivery for projects and BAU, establish KPIs and SLOs • Drive integration and automation strategy and oversight • Cultivate stakeholder relationships across departments and C-suite • Manage vendor and partner relationships and ensure delivery outcomes • Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the function • Provide performance reporting and platform health insights

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a leadership position within enterprise applications, with a strong focus on CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP, Marketing Automation, or similar large-scale business systems. • Proven track record in defining and executing enterprise systems strategies, roadmaps, and transformational initiatives. • Demonstrable expertise in managing significant budgets, overseeing complex operational delivery, and nurturing strategic vendor/partner relationships. • Understanding of integration strategies, platforms (iPaaS), and automation technologies. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive change at all organisational levels. • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Salesforce Architect) is highly desirable.
