• A strong track record as a QA analyst or tester, demonstrating a deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies and the software development lifecycle. • Substantial experience working directly within internal game development teams, collaborating closely with engineers, artists, and designers. • Direct experience addressing the unique challenges of a live game environment. • Ability to translate complex technical or systemic concepts into clear, actionable documentation. • Deep commitment to game development and strong motivation to deliver high-quality, player-focused experiences. • A current, keen understanding of industry trends and player expectations.
