β€’ Develop and execute a UK go-to-market sales strategy that drives revenue growth and increases market share β€’ Lead and inspire a team of around 17 sales professionals across SME, Key Account Management, Replacement, Travel Agency Sales, and Inside Sales β€’ Drive new business generation while strengthening existing customer relationships and ensuring sustainable revenue growth β€’ Work closely with Operations, Pricing & Yield, Marketing, and HQ teams in Germany to align strategic goals β€’ Represent SIXT at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as the ambassador for our UK B2B sales organization β€’ Manage sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reporting to ensure informed, data-based decision-making and accountability

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Experienced in B2B sales management with a record of delivering consistent revenue growth and leading high-performing teams β€’ Skilled at translating market insights and data into effective sales strategies β€’ Motivational, hands-on, and committed to coaching teams to achieve excellence β€’ Strong business acumen and ability to build long-term, value-driven client relationships β€’ Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across departments and international teams β€’ Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce and experienced with sales analytics and performance tracking
