β’ Develop and execute a UK go-to-market sales strategy that drives revenue growth and increases market share β’ Lead and inspire a team of around 17 sales professionals across SME, Key Account Management, Replacement, Travel Agency Sales, and Inside Sales β’ Drive new business generation while strengthening existing customer relationships and ensuring sustainable revenue growth β’ Work closely with Operations, Pricing & Yield, Marketing, and HQ teams in Germany to align strategic goals β’ Represent SIXT at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as the ambassador for our UK B2B sales organization β’ Manage sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reporting to ensure informed, data-based decision-making and accountability
