📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • A full-time, US-based Senior Project Manager is sought for a role based in New York City, with remote options available. • This position is ideal for a highly motivated problem-solver with experience managing projects in museums, exhibitions, cultural spaces, or corporate visitor centers—or similar architectural/construction industries. • Oversee multiple projects or large-scale design/build contracts. • Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and contractual requirements. • Serve as a primary client liaison, ensuring smooth communication across teams. • Track and report profitability, resource utilization, and contract adherence. • Support business development efforts, including new project proposals. • Identify and negotiate out-of-scope work with clients. • Balance design integrity with financial and scheduling constraints.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in architecture, interior design, arts administration, or related fields. • Strong understanding of physical design, visual/graphic design, and content disciplines. • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or SmartSheets is a plus). • Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents. • Proven track record of on-time, on-budget project delivery.
