📋 Description

• Strategic and operational procurement for building construction projects (materials, subcontractor services, equipment) • Tender management, bid evaluation and contract negotiations based on commercial and technical criteria • Supplier and subcontractor management including evaluation, selection and development • Cost analysis, budget control and support in claims/change order management • Close collaboration with project management, site management and estimating to ensure optimal site supply

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering) or technical vocational training with purchasing experience • Professional experience in building construction or the construction supply industry desirable • Confident handling of VOB/B, construction contract law and tendering procedures • Strong negotiation skills and a pronounced technical understanding • Structured way of working, assertiveness and strong communication skills
