📋 Description

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages • Provide information and assistance to customers or clients • Schedule appointments and manage calendars • Maintain records, documents, and databases • Coordinate with team members and departments • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks • Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or customer support representative is preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency with email, online scheduling tools, and office software • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
