📋 Description
• Proactively follow up with customers via calls and emails • Enforce company policies related to payments, cancellations, and service suspensions • Take full ownership of customer disputes • Maintain compliance with internal controls • Reconcile sales ledger accounts • Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries • Escalate unresolved debt issues • Collaborate with teams across order management, customer service, cash applications, and sales • Assist customers with payment discrepancies • Keep customer records up to date • Support the global Credit & Collections team
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in B2B collections • Strong verbal and written English skills • Ability to think critically • Committed to delivering excellent service • Strong attention to accuracy • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel preferred) • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or HighRadius is a plus • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
