• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM — advise customers on technical issues related to Dynamics 365. • End-to-end business analysis and process consulting. • Requirements gathering. • Process design using standard design methodologies and tools. • Implementing and customizing processes in the energy industry using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions based on Dynamics Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, Marketing).

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent business-level German; good command of English. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM. • Business analysis skills. • Requirements gathering. • Use of design methodologies and tools. • Implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM). • Experience or interest in digital transformation.
