📋 Description

• Partner with Product Marketing Managers to translate GTM strategy into a detailed, end-to-end project plan for every launch. • Define launch tiers (e.g., Tier 1-3) and establish standardized processes and deliverables for each. • Establish clear launch goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and a framework for measuring success post-launch. • Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, proactively developing mitigation plans. • Serve as the primary point of contact and lead for all cross-functional launch activities. • Run regular, efficient launch meetings with stakeholders from Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Legal, and the broader Marketing team. • Create and manage a master launch calendar and detailed project timelines to ensure all deliverables are on track. • Drive alignment and accountability across all teams. • Manage the "Go-to-Market Launch Checklist," tracking the creation and completion of all assets and activities. • Develop and manage the internal communication plan to ensure all employees are aware of and excited about upcoming releases. • Conduct post-launch retrospectives with the cross-functional team to gather feedback, celebrate successes, and identify areas for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or product marketing within a B2B SaaS, or enterprise software company • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field (or comparable mix of experience and education) • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional product or feature launches from start to finish. • Expert-level proficiency with project management tools such as Asana. • Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification). • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously without letting anything slip through the cracks. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, influence stakeholders, and clearly articulate complex information to different audiences. • A self-starter with a proactive mindset who can operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Pragmatic Marketing or a similar product marketing framework.
