They design and sell leggings, pants, tops, and accessories with integrated resistance bands and weighted elements so ordinary movement (walking, chores, childcare) provides low-intensity strength training. Skinnify positions itself at the intersection of fashion and fitness, marketing stylish, wearable workout clothing that helps busy people — especially women — stay active without dedicated gym time.

📋 Description

• Design high-converting static creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Display, and other paid advertising platforms • Create landing page graphics, website banners, and promotional materials • Design product visuals, mockups, packaging concepts, and marketing materials aligned with the premium brand • Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, media buyers, video editors, and CRO specialists to develop campaigns • Develop social media content to strengthen Skinnify’s brand presence • Maintain and evolve the visual identity across all channels • Organize design files, templates, and creative assets for efficient collaboration • Improve creatives using performance data, A/B testing, and customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing successful ad images for e-commerce or DTC brands • Experience creating high-performing creatives for DTC e-commerce brands • Fitness or fashion experience is a major plus • Beauty or consumer-product experience is a major plus • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar professional design tools • Understanding that design should drive conversions and performance • Ability to translate marketing ideas into compelling visual concepts • Pixel-perfect execution and consistently high-quality work • Comfortable receiving feedback while taking ownership of projects • Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
