• Act as a strategic consultant for business owners and leadership teams, understanding challenges, creating managerial visions, analyzing scenarios, and proposing data-driven solutions. • Lead financial and management projects with companies across different sectors, applying Dorset's proprietary methodology to structure, organize, and optimize routines, KPIs and processes. • Drive projects autonomously from initial diagnosis to presentation of results, ensuring clarity, technical depth and consistency in deliverables. • Build, analyze and interpret historical datasets, translating numbers into insights to diagnose cash flow issues. • Prepare structured presentations and critical analyses, communicating results, risks, opportunities and next steps clearly, concisely and actionably. • Develop financial projections and management analyses by combining historical data with assumptions to produce realistic and insightful forward-looking views. • Provide practical guidance and recommendations to support decision-making. • Maintain ongoing client interaction, participating in regular meetings, calls and messaging groups to ensure proximity, progress and alignment of actions. • Support business owners and their teams in implementing recommendations, offering technical support, managerial guidance and ongoing direction. • Ensure client adherence to Dorset's methodology, reinforcing discipline, routines and management best practices. • Act as an agent of change, supporting financial organization, management improvement and the development of clients' business maturity. • Identify problems, bottlenecks and opportunities, proposing improvements aligned with strategic planning and Dorset's management pillars.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, working with businesses across multiple sectors • Experience at a Big Four firm is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Analytical and results-oriented • Advanced Excel skills • Advanced knowledge of pivot tables
