📋 Description

• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile monthly • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments • Perform month-end and year-end close processes • Generate financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Support budgeting and forecasting activities • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations • Collaborate with auditors • Identify process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 3+ years of work experience in accounting • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in manufacturing or construction industry (Preferred) • Experience with project finance and special purpose entities (Preferred) • Experience managing grant funding and compliance (Preferred) • Experience conducting or participating in audits (Preferred) • CPA or progress toward CPA (Preferred)
