• Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with franchise owners and their leadership teams. • Conducting needs assessments to understand franchisee challenges, opportunities, and long-term business goals. • Guiding franchisees in developing and executing strategic business plans that support both local growth and overall brand performance. • Providing operational consulting to help franchisees adopt best practices and increase efficiency. • Delivering coaching and mentorship to franchisees and their management teams on leadership, operational, and financial skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Extensive franchise leadership experience with 7+ years in franchise consulting, business development, or multi-unit operations. • Strong financial expertise with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Advanced proficiency with business tools including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. • Clear and compelling communication and presentation skills.
