📋 Description
• Build and maintain standardized processes for contract generation • Oversee contract and registration operations • Collaborate with digital and sales teams • Lead a team of Registration Specialists • Ensure compliance with regulations • Manage external partner relationships • Track and report on SLAs and KPIs • Develop and present executive-level updates
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of management experience • Background in motor vehicle title and registration • Experience managing D&B contracts • Familiarity with Salesforce and DMV systems • Strong analytical skills • Excellent presentation skills
