• Design campaign assets across email, paid media, social, display, and on-site • Work on end-to-end creative across the customer journey—from awareness to checkout • Build and maintain design systems in Figma for consistent, fast execution • Collaborate with marketers, CRO leads, and copywriters to improve design performance • Stay on top of design trends and apply them to a commercial context • Own your projects, bring ideas to the table, and iterate quickly based on results
• 2+ years of experience in digital design, ideally for e-commerce or marketing-led brands • A portfolio that shows sharp design thinking and an understanding of performance goals • Solid skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Uses AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT as part of the creative process—whether that’s generating models with products for ad visuals, or speeding up display ad concepting and copy development. • Understanding of mobile-first and conversion-led design • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and shifting gears quickly • Strong communicator and team player, able to take feedback and give it • Clear thinking, self-driven, and organised • Good command of written and spoken English • Bonus if you: • Have experience designing for email (Klaviyo or similar) • Understand what makes a good ad perform across different channels • Know your way around some basic motion design or video editing
