📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair complex commercial kitchen equipment including hot-side cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and beverage systems. • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and repair using schematics, diagrams, and manufacturer resources. • Serve as a technical resource and mentor to other field technicians, sharing expertise and best practices. • Partner with customers to identify long-term equipment solutions and recommend preventive services. • Maintain accurate work orders, inventory records, and service documentation. • Ensure a safe, professional, and efficient service environment on every job site. • Act as a field liaison with manufacturers and Smart Care's Technical Assistance Group for high-level diagnostics and support.

🎯 Requirements

• CFESA Master Technician Certification (required) • High School Diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in commercial foodservice equipment repair, HVAC, refrigeration, or a related trade • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability; ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation and occasional travel • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs and work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment • Comfortable working with pressurized systems, electrical components, and at various heights or conditions.
