• Manage rent collections and payments with accuracy • Handle lease renewals and agreements from start to finish • Communicate clearly with tenants regarding maintenance, lease terms, and service concerns • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs • Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs • Keep accurate records of inspections, financials, and service requests
