• Proven experience in product management (SaaS or B2B experience is necessary) • Experience with conversational AI is a must • Specific experience building AI agents that execute (semi) autonomously • Strong technical acumen - able to understand and shape AI agent designs • Maturity in managing stakeholders - leadership, external partners, and GTM conversations • Great understanding of user behaviour and conversion metrics • Ability to collaborate, identify dependencies and navigate across multiple teams on complex projects • Aspiration to be an excellent colleague and teammate • Good communication and storytelling skills, to be able to consult technical and non-technical stakeholders • Empathy and active listening
