📋 Description

• Develop positive relationships with Equity Compensation clients and build internal working relationships with Fidelity personnel in support of service delivery. • Overall accountability for the relationship of a book of institutional equity compensation plan clients. • Cultivate relationships with key decision makers and guide service teams towards high client satisfaction. • Drive operational effectiveness, plan profitability, and client retention and loyalty. • Grow client relationships through value-driven cross selling initiatives and position Fidelity's products and services. • Implement relationship risk mitigation strategies, revenue growth, and product and services adoption. • Supervise client satisfaction and facilitate timely resolution of client issues. • Lead client profitability through periodic evaluations of key revenue and expense metrics and take proactive steps to achieve results. • Develop strategy and negotiate contract renewals including formal rebid activities. • Work with business partners to develop programs to increase households and conversions and facilitate participant education and communication. • Provide each client with a formal plan review addressing client needs and opportunities for enhanced service. • Provide consultative assistance on all types of equity compensation plans and support client needs for corporate actions (mergers, acquisitions, splits, divestitures, spin-offs).

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience. • Ability to acquire Series 7 & 63/65 within the first three months of employment. • 10+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience; preferably within Equity Compensation/Retirement/401K industry. • Transparent and credible presence in the Equity Compensation industry. • Certified Equity Professional designation is helpful. • Strategic perspective on comprehensive employee benefit solutions. • Well-developed communication, project management, consulting, and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a matrix management environment and build credibility internally and externally at all levels. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships across HR, Total Rewards, Compensation, Treasury, Legal, and Procurement. • Provide focused leadership, motivation, and support for client service team members. • Dedication to customer satisfaction, strong sense of urgency, and adaptability to change. • Organization and time-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Problem-solving, presentation, influence, and negotiation skills. • High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and history of self-improvement. • Analytical and critical thinking skills. • Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
