📋 Description

• Manage bookkeeping and tax return preparation tasks • Handle bookkeeping tasks for clients using Stripe or similar • Perform email management and client relationship management • Conduct billing collections and financial reconciliation • Oversee travel and logistics, as well as admin systems and follow-up • Ensure secure data handling and safeguarding clients' financial information • Adapt to new tools or unique client situations as needed • Provide scalable support to businesses

🎯 Requirements

• Has experience in handling the bookkeeping and tax return preparation tasks. • An accounting or tax background is preferable • Strong skills in Stripe or similar to handle the bookkeeping tasks for clients. • Email management • Client relationship management • Billing collections and Financial reconciliation • Travel and logistics • Admin systems and follow-up • Exhibits familiarity with specific needs and dedication to each client. • Prioritizes secure data handling, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding clients' financial information through secure login procedures, data encryption, and audit controls. • Demonstrates the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools or unique client situations that may arise, ensuring accurate and responsive service. • Offers scalable support to grow alongside the business, with the potential to transition into a full-time dedicated role as needed. • Maintains high standards of oversight and quality control, allowing for review and approval of all work before it is finalized and shared with clients • Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment • Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 12 - 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor • A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download • Back-up power/internet is a plus
