• **What you will be doing:** • - Carry out maintenance servicing and inspections on Volvo construction equipment and miscellaneous equipment, submitting detailed inspection reports in a timely manner. • - Ensure work is carried out to high standards, delivering exceptional customer service. • - Ensure all work is checked & tested with a keen eye to detail & high quality of work carried out, at all times. • - Carry out all work in line with quotations and time guides, highlighting to management where additional work may be required. • - Complete product updates / campaign work as instructed by the CSA Planners. • - Accurately complete systems/paperwork, including but not limited to oil sample reports, Matris readouts, component failure reports, Service Inspection Reports. • - Flexibility to work overtime as and when required and to honour reasonable call out requests. • - Work in accordance with SMTGB standards for health, safety, quality and environmental care.
• **Knowledge, Skills, And Experience** • In order to set you up for success, we look for the following skills and experience: • - Relevant experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy construction plant. • - Be able to drive and handle heavy construction machinery in a safe and efficient manner. • - Be able to understand some technical literature, Inc service manuals, service bulletins and parts books. • - Ability to communicate efficiently with colleagues, management and customers. • - Basic computer skills and ability to use email. • - High standards and attention to detail. • - Conscientious in all aspects of the job. • - Highly responsible, reliable, honest and trustworthy. • - Hold a full and valid UK Driving Licence • **Desirable:** • - Welding, fabrication and line boring experience
