📋 Description
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for Cannabis segments. • Develop forecasts and assist with annual budgeting processes. • Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing performance and outlook. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability. • Partner with segment leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations. • Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic projects and operational decisions. • Contribute to the team’s strong collaborative culture by developing strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships to support initiatives and by fostering a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8 years experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/MBA preferred • Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and financial systems • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong ERP base concepts (D365/Business Central, SAP, JDE etc.) • Power BI reporting experience an asset • High degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail • Demonstrated capability as a team player with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements • Criminal record check required
