📋 Description

• Improve existing manual testing process for all of the products - feature testing and regress/deploy • Improve existing automated API testing process and integrating it in deployment process • Implement UI testing process build above existing test case system and integrate it into product regress process • Implement load testing, integrate it to feature testing and deployment process • Deliver all implemented best practices to teams working on all company products - native apps, cross-platform apps, web apps • Build process of working with customer support and routing problems across product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years manual or automation QA experience in big teams (> 2 feature teams, > 10 engineers overall) • 2+ years in QA leadership position • Examples of build from scratch or significantly improved testing/product delivery process in products with weekly or biweekly release cycle • Examples of implemented and integrated process of UI testing for mobile apps • Experience with at least 2 different UI testing platforms (like Appium, Selenium, Espresso/Kaspresso and etc) • Examples of implemented and integrated API testing or load testing practices • Results-oriented mindset - desire to measure any process improvement in terms of saved engineers time and/or money
