📋 Description
• Lead the design process from concept to execution across digital and print: 360 campaigns, presentation decks, ads, social media, etc. • Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, content, and growth to translate business needs into powerful visual communication. • Take ownership of design projects, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and business goals. • Provide feedback and creative direction to junior designers, helping them grow and improve. • Ensure consistency of our visual identity across all touchpoints. • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality. • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with efficiency. • Work with external vendors when needed (e.g. printers, photographers, freelancers).
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic or communication design. • Strong portfolio showing a diverse range of work: 360 campaigns, digital assets, print and etc. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and other relevant tools. • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. • Ability to clearly explain design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. • Confidence in using AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to enhance creative workflows. • English proficiency B2 or higher. • Russian B2+ is a plus.
