📋 Description

• Support the fiscal month-end close processes including managing accruals, reconciliations and performing variance analysis for partner programs • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting for partner programs including automation of existing and new reporting on key performance metrics • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to partner programs, incentives and investments • Review and approve purchase orders for partner programs and investments in accordance with policies, budgets, and procedure • Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, IT and Legal to drive process improvements and automation initiatives • Document procedures, workflows and best practices related to partner programs, financial processes and reconciliation • Support ad-hoc analysis for annual planning and budgeting cycles related to partner programs • Work with accounting teams on tracking and reporting partner program impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field • Advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines • Experience building and automating financial models and financial insights • Minimum five years prior experience in Finance, Sales Finance & Operations, Channel Finance • Prior experience supporting Channel/Alliances/Partner organizations and/or GTM investments is a plus • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and G-Suite (Sheets, Slides) • Experience with BI and Data Visualization tools is a plus
