• Responding to consumer queries and complaints on social media • Engaging with the online audience on behalf of clients • Using knowledge of best practices across social platforms for customer interactions • Ensuring brands connect with their communities and build positive associations
🎯 Requirements
• Strong US English written skills • Background experience in engagement, social customer care, and/or community management • Social Media knowledge: Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and/or YouTube • Confidence with digital technology and various tech tools and platforms • Self-motivated social media expert comfortable working remotely • Operating system requirements: Windows 11 / MAC OS X version 14 or higher
