📋 Description
• Be the voice of the brand by understanding social offerings and products • Respond to consumer’s queries and complaints • Engage with online audience on behalf of the client • Ensure brands connect with their communities
🎯 Requirements
• Strong US English written skills • Background experience in engagement, social customer care, or community management • Social Media knowledge including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others • Confidence with digital technology and tech tools • A secure, home-based broadband Internet connection • Operating system Windows 11 / MAC OS X version 14 (Sonoma) or higher with Admin credentials • At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
