📋 Description

• Drive Growth and Sales – Lead business development efforts for both Fundspring and retainer fundraising services; build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, pursue new opportunities, and meet annual revenue targets. • Develop and Launch Fundspring – Shape the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning for our new Fundraising-as-a-Service product; refine and evolve the model as it grows. • Expand Client Relationships – Build strong, trusted partnerships with nonprofits and charities, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and opportunities for expansion. • Lead and Support the Team – Manage a talented team of fundraising and marketing professionals, ensuring accountability and high performance. • Ensure Operational Excellence – Oversee systems, tools, and processes that support scalable, profitable, and high-quality service delivery. • Collaborate on Strategy – Work closely with the senior leadership team on forecasting, performance metrics, and long-term growth plans.

🎯 Requirements

• A results-driven business leader with a track record of growing or managing a consulting, agency, or service-based organization. • Experienced in sales, business development, and revenue management —from pipeline building through to client onboarding and renewal. • Confident leading teams and scaling operations to support growth. • Entrepreneurial, strategic, and motivated by targets, impact, and innovation. • Bonus: Experience in fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit consulting.
