📋 Description

• Define and own the long-term strategy for agentic workflows and internal tools, positioning Socure as an AI-native enterprise. • Architect and deliver workflow automation frameworks, orchestration engines, and internal tools that accelerate product development, data science, and business operations. • Drive the adoption of GenAI techniques across every department to augment decision-making, streamline processes, and enhance productivity. • Partner with leaders across the business to design tools and workflows that improve velocity, reduce manual effort, and enhance transparency in day-to-day operations. • Establish systems and practices that ensure internal processes are intelligent, auditable, and continuously optimized for speed and accuracy. • Leverage LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms to create differentiated internal solutions that can’t be bought off the shelf. • Work closely with the CTO and executive team to align automation investments with strategic priorities, ensuring measurable ROI across departments. • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and regulatory frameworks to ensure Socure leads the industry in secure, compliant, and intelligent internal systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership roles overseeing multiple teams or departments. • Proven success building and scaling workflow systems, orchestration frameworks, or internal developer/business platforms. • Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and AI/GenAI applications. • Experience enabling cross-functional operational efficiency across both technical and business teams. • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, enterprise-grade systems that improve internal operations at scale.
