đź“‹ Description
• Lead the financial performance, analytics, governance, and value creation activities associated with Sodexo Canada's Supply Chain and Procurement functions. • Drive continuous improvement through data analytics, reporting automation, and process transformation initiatives. • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and BP&A leadership for maximizing performance. • Establish and maintain standardized accrual methodologies and monthly review processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field required. • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with significant experience in Supply Finance, Procurement Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, or related disciplines. • Experience partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leaders to drive financial performance and business outcomes. • Advanced financial modeling and performance management • Enterprise analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, AI-enabled analytics, ERP systems) • Ability to perform the role in English is required. Ability to perform the role in both languages proficiently (English/French) is an asset.
