📋 Description

• Support the Product Manager in writing user stories that indicate system capabilities and constraints to better shape business requirements and ensure adherence to architecture and software engineering standards, as well as to identify technical impacts on infrastructure and technology operations for the product. • Participate in the upstream process to support phases and contribute to defining better products. • Be responsible for the smooth progress of the downstream process, ensuring delivery commitments with colleagues and always following software engineering best practices. • Monitor the application acceptance process to ensure functional and non-functional quality criteria are met, validating that business specifications have been fulfilled. • Navigate between Technology and Business, unifying both areas into clear, simple language for product development and maintenance. • Handle product support requests, analyzing incidents and routing them for resolution. • Partially support the Release Manager on SLA-bound tickets. • Work across the application lifecycle, evaluating and addressing new releases to meet business needs. • Ability to work following agile software development best practices (Kanban). • Ensure the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) for requirements are applied in practice together with team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. • Participation in technology groups or involvement in tech communities. • Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, accountable, strategic thinker focused on results, flexible, and professionally mature. • Knowledge of MongoDB. • Knowledge of SQL.
