📋 Description

• Provide support to implementation consultants, advising them on questions and issues related to their projects; • Deliver training to the implementation consulting team; • Collaborate with other team members to resolve, handle, and follow up on client requests; • Handle service requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction; • Participate in meetings with external clients to provide technical support; • Create and keep technical procedures up to date; • Monitor the review and updating of operational procedures (documents), researching new solutions, critically analyzing processes, and proposing improvements; • Continuously seek knowledge of new solutions and technologies; • Map and automate internal processes using a BPM solution; • Continuously work to understand the main difficulties and friction points faced by our users and develop solutions to address them.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP Business One (implementation, customization, and support); • Knowledge of databases and query development (SQL / Crystal Reports); • Familiarity with Brazilian tax scenarios (NFe, NFSe, SPED, etc.); • Understanding of core modules: Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Sales; • Experience in data migration and integrations with other platforms; • SAP Business One certification.
