📋 Description

• Conduct meetings with construction companies across Brazil, presenting the solution in a consultative manner. • Prospect new leads and opportunities through multichannel approaches (social selling, cold calling, email, AI, etc.). • Manage the pipeline, monitor metrics, and ensure predictability of results. • Lead negotiations and closings with a strong focus on monthly targets. • Oversee the initial post-sale phase, ensuring a positive experience during the first months. • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Inside Sales B2B, managing the full sales cycle. • Experience selling SaaS solutions. • Mastery of commercial techniques such as SPIN Selling, BANT, GPCT, or equivalent methodologies. • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.). • Availability for occasional travel. • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts. • Differentials: • Experience in the construction industry, engineering, or selling to players in that segment.
