📋 Description

• Lead the IC team and grow its expertise • Partner with C-level and managers: help them be transparent, human, and clear in their communications • Create formats that truly engage and shape culture: livestreams, AMAs, storytelling, rituals, interactive projects • Apply modern approaches: psychology of perception, neuro-communications, marketing techniques • Experiment: bring ideas from media, culture, community-building and adapt them to SOFTSWISS • Measure impact not only by numbers (reach, eNPS) but also by how people respond: trust, engagement, pride

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in internal communications, EB, HR, or media, where you led processes, projects, or teams • Strong experience working with top leaders, helping them communicate openly and effectively • Great storytelling skills • Balance between creativity and structure • Solid English (written and spoken) • Nice to have: Experience in IT, Game Dev, iGaming or fast-scaling international companies • Knowledge of neuro-communications and psychology of perception • Real cases where you’ve shifted culture or engagement through communications • Russian is an asset
