📋 Description

• Drive Operational Excellence: Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our processes. • Build Scalable Analytics: Design, implement, and maintain tracking systems and dashboards that automate manual reporting. • Curate the Data Layer: Collaborate with engineering to maintain clean, reliable data models. • Synthesize & Communicate: Translate technical findings into clear, concise recommendations for non-technical audiences. • Wrangle Complex Data: Perform detailed work with structured and semi-structured data (including nested JSON) to extract relevant signals from the noise.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ Years of Experience in data analytics at a tech company, marketplace, or product-led startup where data directly informed product or business decisions. • Business Impact Orientation: You measure the success of your work by the business outcome it produced — not by what you built. • Advanced SQL & Snowflake: You are an expert at writing efficient, complex queries to extract and manipulate data from cloud data warehouses like Snowflake. • BI & Dashboarding: You have strong experience designing interactive dashboards and reports. • Data Wrangling Expertise: You are comfortable working with messy, real-world data, including parsing nested JSON and cleaning unstructured datasets. • Analytical Mindset: You don't just pull data; you analyze it to find the root cause of business problems. • Strong Communication: You can explain complex data concepts to product managers, operations teams, and executives alike. • Startup DNA: You are comfortable with ambiguity, ready to adapt to shifting priorities, and willing to jump in and support the team wherever needed.
