📋 Description

• You are responsible for the entire supply chain process from placing orders with suppliers to delivery to our customers. • You manage purchasing from China, coordinate supplier contacts, and ensure our products are shipped to Germany reliably and cost-effectively. • You plan demand and forecasts based on sales figures and inventory levels and optimize our order quantities and lead times. • You work closely with our founder as well as the logistics, finance and e-commerce teams to structure and scale processes. • You will build a dedicated Supply Chain team over time and establish clear procedures and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in supply chain management or procurement, ideally in an e-commerce environment. • You know the operations in this area inside out and understand how to build and manage an e-commerce supply chain. • You have solid knowledge of importing from China, including shipping, customs clearance and supplier management. • You are highly proficient in Excel and experienced in forecasting and reporting. • You possess strong communication skills, negotiation abilities and initiative to independently establish processes and lead negotiations. • You have a strong understanding of sourcing combined with product development and warehousing processes and can incorporate this knowledge into the company’s future direction.
