📋 Description

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and identify gaps. • Configure and parameterize F&O modules, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain. • Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documents. • Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure processes are mapped into D365 F&O. • Support data migration activities ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Develop test cases, lead unit and UAT testing, and ensure timely resolution of defects. • Deliver end-user training sessions and create user-friendly documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations. • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes. • Deep functional expertise in D365 F&O Finance and Operations modules. • Hands-on experience in system configuration, business process mapping, and fit-gap analysis. • Familiarity with data migration using the D365 Data Management Framework (DMF). • Experience developing test scripts and supporting user acceptance testing. • Strong documentation skills, including creating training materials and functional design documents. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Working knowledge of D365 security roles, workflows, and cross-module dependencies. • Awareness of technical concepts (integrations, APIs, extensions, Power Platform, Azure services). • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools such as Azure DevOps.
