• Design and deploy Intune-based device management solutions for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. • Configure and manage Intune policies including device compliance, conditional access, endpoint protection, and application deployment. • Configure and lead Intune Autopilot provisioning and lifecycle management of endpoints. • Collaborate with security teams to implement modern security practices including Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, and Windows Hello for Business. • Automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to streamline operations and improve scalability. • Provide Level 3 support and act as SME for Intune and endpoint management. • Document technical procedures, SOPs, and best practices for internal use and training. • Monitor and optimize endpoint performance, compliance, and user experience. • Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and evaluate new features for implementation.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Entra ID. • Strong knowledge of MDM/MAM policies, Autopilot, and device configuration profiles. • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API. • Experience with Windows OS, macOS, and mobile platforms. • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and cloud migrations. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and documentation abilities. • Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, or Modern Work Administrator Expert (preferred). • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and/or Windows 365 (preferred).
