📋 Description
• Join the Solenis Global Strategic Marketing Team and take transformative steps to achieve optimal and sustainable results • Work collaboratively with diverse teams across geographies, business units, and functions • Lead Capability Building Projects Across Business Unit and Functions to unlock opportunities to cross sell or leverage best practices • Own and incubate big strategic projects through the startup phase • Report on funnel of strategic projects providing regular updates on impact, and timeline with P&L Leaders, Technology Office Leaders, and Commercial leaders
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in technical, engineering, or business-related field • MBA a plus • 10+ years of professional work experience in Industrial (Consumer, Industrial, and F&B) & Institutional markets • Expert business and financial acumen with holistic view of business model building • Strong organizational development skills and organizational savvy • Excellent Project Management Skills and adept at stakeholder management • Experience in leading global scaled initiatives while working remotely strongly preferred • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (both domestic and international)
