• Oversee the Southeast accounts team focusing on safety, contract terminology and pricing consistency • Manage the effective execution of Solenis IWT NA Region Team strategies • Assess performance, define improvements, and align resources to ensure targets are met or exceeded • Achieve new product launch targets • Lead the sales and technical team in safety and environmental excellence • Work closely with HR to assess personnel and develop key leaders and performers • Continually assess tactical opportunities in conjunction with marketing and global leadership team
