📋 Description

• Analyze Partner Performance: Monitor and report on key partner KPIs (e.g., ARR, activation, retention) to identify trends and drive strategic improvements. • Optimize Partner Operations: Improve workflows for onboarding, enablement, and support to boost consistency, scalability, and partner satisfaction. • Enhance Systems & Tools: Own the administration and optimization of CRM (Salesforce), PRM (MindMatrix), and BI tools to ensure actionable insights and clean data. • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align partner strategies with sales, product, finance, and marketing to support go-to-market success. • Lead Feedback Loops: Capture and relay partner feedback to internal teams to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a partner operations, business operations, or similar analytical role within a SaaS organization. • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and experienced with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. • Worked with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and have hands-on familiarity with automation and partner lifecycle platforms like MindMatrix or PartnerStack. • Experience building and improving repeatable, scalable processes. • Experience handling process changes with high consideration to change management. • Advanced user of Google Apps Script, with hands-on experience building automations that connect Google Workspace tools. • Proficient with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and actively use them to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and improve output quality. • Clear communicator able to translate data into a narrative and deliver insights that resonate with both technical stakeholders and business leaders.
