• Promote and sell needles, syringes, and PPE to hospitals and clinics. • Develop and manage business within NHS hospitals and private clinics. • Propose business strategy and sales plans to sustainably grow the region. • Manage existing customers and identify new opportunities. • Meet or exceed the annual revenue plan. • Provide clinical demonstrations and instructions on using products. • Represent the company at trade shows and training meetings. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Sales experience in the medical device or pharma industry. • University degree in nursing, healthcare, pharmacy, biotechnology, or equivalent. • Understanding of the UK market, its health care system, and local business practices. • Basics in contracting, negotiating, and managing hospitals and private clinics business. • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. • Proactive and the ability to take initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude.
