📋 Description

• Design, develop and implement AI solutions tailored to our products and services • Analyze processes and identify where AI can be used to improve efficiency • Analyze and process large volumes of data to train effective AI models • Regularly update and improve AI models and systems • Design, develop and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) • Build and configure AI agents using Copilot Studio and Agent Builder • Integrate Azure AI services (Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI) into solutions • Develop integrations via APIs and custom connectors • Rapidly prototype solutions (POC, MVP) for clients • Participate in client workshops and propose tangible solutions • Support clients during testing and deployments • Deliver training and promote adoption of solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role • Hands-on experience developing on the Power Platform • Experience with Copilot Studio, Agent Builder and Azure AI • Knowledge of API integrations and Azure architecture • Experience with M365 (Teams, SharePoint) • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms • Autonomous with a collaborative mindset • Ability to train and support users • Enjoy working in a team / Team player • Bilingual (spoken and written) English/French (an asset)
