• You help us keep our customers happy over the long term and build positive relationships with them • You monitor customers' app usage and proactively reach out if they stop using our apps • With your help, we want to develop best practices that make customer support efficient and transparent over time • You are a central point of contact for our customers and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships • You identify opportunities for additional or expanded products and services and approach customers accordingly.
