📋 Description

• Facilitate an open flow of communication between operations and engineering partners. • Provide transparency to what is and is not working during operations and potential remediations. • Be the POC for operations to present engineering concerns and communicate design methodology. • Assist the operation team with engineering related construction RFI’s during the construction phase. • Exhibit urgency in resolving RFI’s and other operations concerns. • Develop and maintain good relationships with site teams – Superintendents, Foreman, Project Management, etc. • Ensure sufficient knowledge of the SOLV EPC Contract to support operations and compliance. • Direct the implementation of autonomous pile driving systems. • Assist the operation team with more engineering intensive clients. • Develop and lead project specific training for project team personnel.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Studies, Construction Management, or related field of study preferred • 1 - 5 years of construction/engineering related experience preferred • Excellent written communication, documentation, and organizational skills • Aptitude for problem solving, and strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel • Exposure in CAD/GIS and aptitude for proficiency in these and other engineering software • Ability to read and understand project drawings, and specifications • Field experience preferred.
